Three generations ago, Shan Elahi’s family belong to Hindu tribe , and his great grandfather accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior by the evangelistic outreach to their village of a missionary from USA. For then onward, Shan’s family become very active in reaching other non-believers in their community. At a very young age of 14 years old, God Shan to take the life transforming message of the gospel to Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Shan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications (Digital Media Studies) from Lahore, Pakistan and he also hold a Master of Arts Degree in Missiology Studies, from USA. As a passionate servant, he went back to his homeland with the urgency to unite the body of Christ and started a mission movement to reach the unreached people groups.
As the Founder and Director of History Makers International Ministries, he provide leadership and oversight to 12 missionaries, 6 Bible Colleges and to over all ministries and national office of Pakistan. He also teaches through Online Urdu Bible Institute and train missionaries by using the facility of technology from Canada. Prior to HMIM, he had served for 15 years in Christian ministry. By God’s grace he was able to train 600 believers for missions and church planting in the last 6 years. This year in the month of May, he travel back to Pakistan and commissioned 69 missionaries/church planters as they graduated from two years of Bachelor’s of Theology program.
Shan E Elahi is married to the love of his life Victorial Gabriel and they have a three year old son “Steve Jordan Elahi”. Victorial have a compassionate heart toward humanitarian, Child Abuse awaraness and community development projects. She has perviously served as a social political advocate towards the persecuted Christians in Pakistan and Thailand. Victoria had earned her College degree from BISE Lahore and had also served in UNHCR BRC Refugee Center in Thailand for two years (2015-2017). Shan and his family currently resides in Brampton, Canada and they travel periodically back to Pakistan for the Pastors and missionary training and for other activities to kingdom advancement.
